Refund policy

Mobital will not accept any merchandise without prior authorization from an authorized Mobital representative. All returns and repairs require an authorized R.A. number which is provided by the Customer Service Center. If merchandise is returned without an authorization number, it will be refused by Mobital. Any items returned without the original packaging is subject to a 25% repackaging fee. 

The dealer is responsible for installation and a reasonable amount of touch up and deluxing of items. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible to correct a problem. All replacement parts will be shipped together with the dealer’s next order based on current availability as Mobital does not cover freight. For all claims that are due to a manufacturer defect, a damage claim form must be submitted along with

pictures. If necessary, an authorized Mobital representative will inspect the defective product and a customer service representative will make a decision and provide a resolution.
